A lifetime finish sounds like a fantastic deal. Durability as well as cost are the two things that I consider in making a hardwood flooring decision for my home renovation business. It is one less thing I have to worry about with my rentals also.

Flooring durability is a must have in rentals. Having a lifetime finish would be one less thing to replace. Most of my renters love the flooring and it allows them to use their own area rugs.
